Terms of sale

These terms govern sales made on this site between [COMPANY NAME TO COMPLETE] (“Nuvo”) and anyone placing an order (“the customer”). Placing an order means accepting these terms.

1. Products

Products are described as accurately as possible. Photos are for illustration. Offers are valid while stocks last.

2. Prices

Prices are in Moroccan dirhams (DH), all taxes included. Delivery fees are shown before the order is confirmed. The price charged is the one shown when ordering.

3. Orders

An order is recorded when the form is submitted and becomes final after our team confirms it by phone. Nuvo may refuse an order with incomplete or wrong details, after a previous dispute, or when fraud is suspected.

4. Payment

Payment is made only in cash on delivery, for the total amount of the order.

5. Delivery

Delivery times and fees are detailed on the Delivery & returns page. The customer may cancel an order that has not shipped yet.

6. Withdrawal and returns

Under Moroccan law 31-08 on consumer protection, the customer has 7 days from delivery to withdraw, under the conditions described on the Delivery & returns page.

7. Warranty

Products are covered by the legal warranty against defects. Any defect must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

8. Personal data

Personal data is processed under our Privacy policy and law 09-08.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute will first be settled amicably before going to the competent courts.
