Delivery & returns

Nuvo delivers quickly and safely to every city in Morocco. You only pay when you receive your parcel.

Delivery across Morocco

• Times: 24 to 72 working hours depending on your city. Remote areas can take a few more days.
• Fees: they depend on your city and are shown before you confirm the order. Delivery is free above the amount shown on the site.
• Confirmation: after you order, our team calls you to confirm it. Unconfirmed orders are not shipped.
• Tracking: you receive a tracking number by SMS or WhatsApp once the parcel ships.
• Payment: cash on delivery only. No online payment or deposit is ever requested.

On delivery

Check the parcel in front of the courier. If it is visibly damaged, you may refuse it or note a reservation, then let us know.

Right of withdrawal and returns

• Time limit: you have 7 days after delivery to return a product, as provided by Moroccan consumer protection law 31-08.
• Conditions: the product must be new, unused, complete and in its original packaging.
• Exclusions: opened hygiene or cosmetic products, underwear, personalised products, unsealed products that cannot be resold.

Refunds and exchanges

• Once the returned product is received and checked, we offer an exchange, a store credit or a refund within 30 days at the latest.
• Return shipping is at your expense, unless the product is defective or we made a mistake.

Defective product or wrong delivery

Report any broken, faulty, incomplete or wrong product within 48 hours of delivery, with photos or a video. We cover the exchange and the return shipping.

How to return a product

1. Message us on WhatsApp or by email with your order number and the reason.
2. We send you the steps and the return address.
3. As soon as we receive it, we process your exchange or refund.
