How do I order?

On the product page, fill in your name, phone and city, then tap “Confirm order”. You can also add several products to the cart and order them at once.

Do I pay online?

No. You pay the courier in cash when you receive the parcel.

Why do you call me?

To confirm your order, address and delivery time. Unconfirmed orders are not shipped.

How long does delivery take?

24 to 72 working hours depending on your city, a little longer for remote areas.

My city is not in the list?

Just type its name: we deliver all over Morocco.

How do I use a coupon?

In the order form, tap “Have a coupon code?”, type the code and tap “Apply”.

Can I return or exchange a product?

Yes, within 7 days, if it is new and in its original packaging. See Delivery & returns.
